Safety Rules

GENERAL

  • All guests must sign a waiver & release of liability form. Guests younger than 18 years of age need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver & release of liability form.
  • Violating any of the rules below and/or putting yourself or other Guests in harm’s way will result in you being asked to leave.

AXE THROWING 

Restrictions:

  • Throwers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Anyone entering the axe throwing area must have on flat, closed toed shoes. No axe-ceptions.
  • MB2 has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol or substance abuse. Anyone who appears to be under the influence will not be permitted to use the attractions and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.

Rules:

  • All throwers must sign waiver
  • NEVER TRY TO CATCH AN AXE! If an axe bounces back from a target, quickly step backward and to the side in your lane.
  • DO NOT point or gesture with the axe, ANY MISHANDLING OF AN AXE OR HORSEPLAY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE ACTIVITY!
  • Keep your axe in the axe throwing area only.
  • Do not touch anyone else’s axe.
  • Grip your axe by the handle only.
  • If you are visibly intoxicated, management and/or MB2 Axeperts reserve the right to terminate your axe throwing session.
  • No refunds will be given for participants removed from the axe throwing area.

BOWLING

Rules:

  • Wear non-slip footwear to ensure proper grip and safety.
  • Wait for the previous bowler to complete their turn before stepping onto the lane.
  • Do not cross the foul line, as it can result in injury and disrupt the game.
  • Maintain a safe distance from other bowlers during their turns to prevent collisions.
  • Be aware of the lane conditions and report any spills or hazards to a Team Member promptly.
  • Ensure a smooth and controlled release of the bowling ball to prevent injuries to yourself or others.
  • If children are bowling, supervise them closely to ensure they follow safety guidelines and avoid running on the lanes.
  • Avoid running or engaging in rough play in the bowling area to prevent accidents.
  • Handle bowling equipment with care and report any malfunctions or damage to the staff.
  • Immediately report any injuries or accidents to a Team Member for prompt assistance.
  • Follow any instructions given by the bowling alley staff for the safety of yourself and others.

BUMPER BOATS 

Restrictions:

  • You must be at least 44″ tall to drive a bumper boat.
  • You must be at least 40″ or taller to ride as a passenger in a bumper boat.
  • Passengers must ride with an adult who is at least 18 years old.
  • Maximum bumper boat capacity is 275 los.

Rules

  • Two children or two adults may not ride together.
  • If adult and child are riding toether, the adult must sit in the center of the boat and control steering.
  • When you are let into the dock area please walk to a boat and WAIT to get in until the attendant comes over to assist you.
  • When the attendant notifies you that time is up, please steer your boat back to the dock area and wait to standup or get out of the boat until the attendant assists you.
  • Remain seated unless directed otherwise.
  • Keep hands and feet inside the boat at all times.
  • No running, pushing, or horseplay in the dock area. Any misconduct or failure to follow rules will result in immediate removal from the ride.
  • Driver will be held responsible for all damages to persons or belongings.
  • Do not splash or shoot water at attendants
  • Secure all loose-fitting clothing and hair longer than shoulder length should be pulled back and secure.
  • No swimming or diving is allowed.
  • No eating, drinking, or smoking allowed in the boat or dock area.
  • If any trouble occurs with your boat, please remain seated and raise your hand to let an attendant know you require assistance.
  • This ride is not recommended for individuals who have heart problems, neck/back problems, or may be pregnant.
  • Ride at your own risk.

KARTING 

Regulations:

  • Junior Racers must be 48″ or taller
  • Adult Racers must be 57″ or taller

Rules:

  • All Racers must attend a briefing session on racing safety and regulations
  • All Racers will be provided helmets, which must be worn at ALL times during the race
  • All Racers must keep hair tucked and clear of any moving parts on the Go-Kart
  • MB2 Entertainment will not tolerate bumping, blocking, or any kind of contact with other kart
  • Kart racing poses risks to people with neck or back problems, heart conditions, and anyone who is pregnant
  • All Racers must follow the signs displayed by the Track Crew
  • All Racers must wear closed toe shoes
  • Never stop on the track for any reason
  • Be cautions of other drivers

LASER TAG 

VESTING

  • Stand against the black wall to wait for instructions.
  • Listen to the rules and regulations of the laser tag arena.
  • Place on your vest as instructed.
  • Buckle on the front and then adjust on the sides.
  • Hold the phaser with both hands.
  • Remember it is a game! It is designed so everyone can have fun.

ARENA

  • Do not get closer than the 6-foot minimum distance at your opponent! It’s wiser to shoot from a distance than to expose yourself by running right up to your opponent.
  • Do not climb on top of props.
  • Do not do anything that may cause injury to either yourself, or other people, or any props on the site.
  • No physical contact between players or others equipment.
  • No weapons or illegal substances on the game arena.

MINI GOLF

  • Limit parties playing together to no more than four persons.
  • Do not playing on any fairway tee until players ahead have finished.
  • Stay off fairway playing surface except while putting.
  • Do not cut in front of other players. Kindly ask to move ahead.
  • Allow faster players to move ahead so you can enjoy your game more relaxed.
  • Please keep clubs out of the water.
  • Do not hit anything except the golf balls with the clubs.
  • This is mini golf. Hit the ball gently. You have nothing to prove.
  • Six (6) stroke limit per hole. After five strokes, mark six (6) on app and move to the next hole
  • Do not replay any hole when other Guests are waiting.
  • Please return the balls and clubs when you complete the course.

VIRTUAL REALITY 

To avoid the risk of injury or damage, read and follow all usage instructions before using the Omni Arena and Virtuix Omni products.

Restrictions:

  • Height Minimum: 4’2” (127 cm)
  • Heigh Maximum: 6’5” (195 cm)
  • Weight maximum: 285 lbs (130 kg)
  • Do not use if you are pregnant, intoxicated, epileptic, or recovering from major surgery, illness, or a heart attack.

Rules:

  • Always use the included rubber safety mats to help players enter and exit the Omni stations safely without slipping.
  • Hold onto the Omni ring with both hands when entering and exiting the Omni station.
  • Tighten and secure the Omni safety harness around your waist before playing.
  • Always wear Omni footwear in the Arena.

Health Precautions:

  • If you have a history of seizures, loss of awareness, or other symptoms linked to an epileptic disorder, consult a physician before using the Omni.
  • Stop usage immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms: seizure, loss of awareness, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, altered vision, dizziness, disorientation, disrupted balance, nausea, lightheadedness, discomfort, pain in the eyes or head, drowsiness, fatigue, or symptoms similar to motion sickness.
