Ariana Flores has been a valued part of the MB2 family for two years, working as a Gaming Host. You’ll often find her at the counter, greeting guests with a warm smile and helping them get set up with game cards to enjoy MB2’s wide array of attractions. Her positive energy and dedication to making every guest’s experience special are just a couple of reasons why she was chosen as Employee of the Month.

Originally from Venezuela, Ariana moved to the United States with her family three years ago, settling in Santa Clarita. Her time here has been a journey of growth and learning. Moving to a new country isn’t easy, but Ariana has embraced every opportunity to improve herself, especially in her college studies and work at MB2. She’s been perfecting her English through daily interactions with guests and coworkers while using her native Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking customers, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

For Ariana, MB2 is more than just a workplace — it’s a community. She shares how MB2 has helped her develop crucial skills like customer service, time management, and proactiveness, all while providing her with a supportive and friendly environment. It’s not just about work; it’s about belonging. “MB2 has helped me create a social environment where I feel loved and appreciated,” she says, reflecting on the friendships and memories she’s made.

When she’s not assisting guests at the gaming counter, Ariana loves indulging in MB2’s delicious menu. Though it’s tough to pick just one favorite, Ariana is torn between the savory Asada Fries and the mouthwatering MB2 Rolls. “They’re both fighting for the number one spot!” she says with a smile.

Ariana’s favorite attraction at MB2? The adrenaline-pumping go-kart racing! “The adrenaline rush is unmatched as you speed around the track,” she says. Whether it’s navigating sharp turns or racing friends to the finish line, she loves the thrill and excitement of the track — and, of course, a bit of friendly competition.

When asked to share a fun fact about herself, Ariana said, “I like to show a lot of affection. I like to make people feel loved.” This warmth and kindness shine through in her interactions with both guests and coworkers, making MB2 Santa Clarita a brighter place for everyone.
